Toni Gibbs
Vice President, Americas

Toni Gibbs is the founder of the Florida business and is the Manager of the North American operations. Toni gained 17 years of extensive experience in the areas of redeployed equipment sales and marketing working with various companies in the USA, before establishing A&T in January 2002. Shields acquired A&T in 2003 to facilitate growth within the North American markets. As Vice President Americas, Toni continues to head the Florida business unit on a day-to-day basis, as well as, further building Shields' equipment and services offerings in the Americas market.
